This featured project highlights our full-service process, taking a piece entirely from a digital blueprint to a permanent roadside landmark.

• Phase 1: Digital Design Collaboration – We worked closely with our client to map out the exact dimensions, posture, and scale of the cat sculpture directly on a computer screen to ensure design precision.

• Phase 2: Precision Metal Fabrication – Our shop formed the custom silhouette out of heavy-duty iron and fabricated an engineered anchor base to ensure long-term structural stability against high winds.

• Phase 3: Sandblasting & Surface Prep – To guarantee a finish that lasts, the sculpture was sandblasted to completely strip the metal, removing contaminants and creating a flawless profile for maximum powder coating adhesion.

• Phase 4: High-Performance Powder Coating – The client selected a specialized, vibrant pink powder coat. Baked to perfection, this finish creates a resilient barrier engineered to withstand intense UV rays and harsh Texas weather without fading.
